一、基本情况

工学博士,讲师,硕士研究生导师,稻谷及副产物深加工国家工程研究中心成员,主要开展稻谷加工、储藏、营养品质的分子调控机制、优质功能性水稻品种的创制及其分子营养机制等方面研究,目前已“Food Hydrocolloids”“Journal of Integrative Plant Biology”“Journal of Experimental Botany”“Science China Life Sciences”等国内外著名学术期刊上发表论文13篇,授权/申请发明专利3项,主持湖南省研究生科研创新计划项目、益阳市小荷人才项目、校一类人才引进项目
