一、基本情况

工学博士,讲师,稻谷及副产物深加工国家工程研究中心主要成员,湖南省食品科学技术学会第五届理事会会员,77779193永利官网联合会-湖南省营养平台会员。近5年,主持77779193永利官网引进人才科研启动基金项目、湖南省研究生科研创新基金项目、77779193永利官网研究生科技创新项目等项目5项,参与多项国家自然基金项目及国家重点研发项目。发表高水平SCI学术论文7篇,授权/申请国内专利2项。

研究方向:食品分子营养与健康,主要评估天然动植物活性成分在抗疲劳、抗氧化、抗炎和抗肝损伤等方面的生理功能及其分子机理
