一、基本情况

李旺,理学博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师、食品质量与安全系主任,湖南省普通高校青年骨干教师、湖南省食品科学技术学会理事、湖南省食品科学技术学会青年委员主持国家自然科学基金项目国家重点研发子课题、湖南省自然科学基金、教育厅优秀青年项目等,以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文近30余篇(5篇IF>10,13篇中科院1区),授权中国发明专利6项。

研究方向:食品安全检测与控制基于新材料新方法快速灵敏生物传感技术开发食品中危害因子控制技术开发及小型检测装置试制。
